Teton Youth and Family Services employs approximately 70 people. High Starting Wage
In 2023, we raised starting wages to $25/hour. This increase coincides with local long-term rental prices, intending to pay employees enough to maintain a 30% housing cost ratio.

Employee Housing
TYFS rents three houses with nine rooms for our employees to rent. Additionally, we are working with various housing and non-profit partners to explore further workforce housing options.
